Michael A. Montesano, Esq., is admitted to practice in New York State and the District of Columbia as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern & Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.   

In addition Mr. Montesano is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and its General Practice Section, the Bar Association of Nassau County, The Columbian Lawyers Association of Nassau County, and is the past President of the Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County.

Mr. Montesano also serves as Lodge Counsel to The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #38 in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Mr. Montesano received his B.S. degree from St. John's University and his J.D. degree from the City University Law School at Queens College.  He is also a former adjunct professor at the New York Institute of Technology at the Old Westbury campus, and a former Trustee of the North Shore Central School District and past President of its Board of Education.
